Our most beloved Signature Room — the Presidential Suite — offers a truly special stay, allowing you to indulge in the refined atmosphere of the Victorian era. ✨ A Small, Artfully Curated Inn — Please Read Before Booking
The Isetta Inn is a small, independently owned inn, not a traditional hotel.
Each of our rooms is one-of-a-kind, thoughtfully designed and curated by artists — and each room exists only once.
Unlike larger hotels, we do not have:
• Multiple rooms with identical layouts
• The ability to overbook to offset cancellations
When you book a room with us, that specific room is reserved exclusively for you, and we decline other reservations for those dates. We kindly ask for your understanding and consideration when booking with us.
✨ Cancellation Policy (Direct Bookings)
Due to our limited number of uniquely designed rooms, our cancellation policy is as follows:
• 14 days or more before arrival
→ Full refund
• 7–13 days before arrival
→ 50% refund
• Less than 7 days
→ No refund
⏰ Date changes must be requested at least 72 hours prior to arrival and are subject to availability.

For reservations made through Expedia, Hotels.com, or other third-party platforms, all cancellations, refunds, and changes must follow the policies of the booking platform used.
